Special Friends

We expect and encourage the healthy mingling of our students. But should special friendships develop between single ladies and gentlemen, we ask that a few safeguards be observed:

1. That time spent together in no way be allowed to interfere with your personal time of devotion or your application to the College program.

2. That you never be alone in each other's company.

3. That you always stay where you can easily be seen by others.

4. That you not arrange for other "couples" to be the means by which you "comply" with #2 above.

5. That you refrain from writing/exchanging letters until the program has finished. Exception: Couples who are engaged before enrolling in the program.

The bloom of true love is most beautiful. If it is true, however, it will also guard with intense jealousy the reputation and emotions of both parties. Our guidelines are only intended to facilitate such genuine care.
